Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce features using Apex, LWC, and configuration best practices
  • Develop and maintain Flows and automation for lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, SLAs, approvals, and data validation
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (marketing automation, reporting tools, partner platforms)
  • Improve data architecture and reporting foundations to support accurate forecasting and operational visibility
  • Establish and maintain documentation for key objects, automations, permissions, and release procedures
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog items, estimate work, and deliver incremental improvements
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and proactively plan for changes, deprecations, and optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components) with a strong understanding of platform limits
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, approvals, validations, and data quality controls (including sandbox-to-prod deployment practices)
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs (including authentication patterns and error handling)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles/permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security) and secure coding practices
  • Comfort working with managed packages, versioning, and release management (change sets or preferred modern tooling)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specs and deliver iteratively in a remote setting
  • Strong troubleshooting, testing, and documentation habits
  • Nice to have: Platform Developer I (preferred), experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, CPQ basics, or data tools (dbt/Fivetran) in support of reporting
  • Nice to have: familiarity with RevOps workflows (lead routing, lifecycle stages, forecasting, deal hygiene)

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive part-time compensation based on U.S. remote market rates
  • Remote work with flexible hours and asynchronous-friendly collaboration
  • Paid time off and paid company holidays prorated for part-time status
  • Health, dental, and vision stipend (or reimbursement allowance) depending on engagement structure and hours
  • Certification and learning support (Trailhead, exams, and relevant coursework)
  • Home office and connectivity stipend
  • High-impact role where your work directly improves revenue operations and delivery speed
