Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, responsive working relationships
- Run recurring status calls, document action items, and ensure consistent follow-through on deliverables, timelines, and open issues
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance trends in partnership with internal teams and communicate updates, risks, and opportunities clearly to clients
- Coordinate onboarding for new accounts, including expectations setting, timelines, reporting structure, and operational handoff
- Prepare client-facing reports and business reviews that summarize performance, insights, next steps, and areas for improvement
- Partner closely with internal sales and operations teams to support renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term account growth
- Escalate delivery, tracking, or communication issues quickly and help drive timely resolution across stakeholders
- Maintain clean CRM/account records, meeting notes, renewal visibility, and account health indicators
- Identify patterns in client feedback and recommend process improvements that strengthen retention and service quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or client services within digital marketing, performance advertising, affiliate marketing, adtech, or an agency environment
- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, reporting cadence, and optimization workflows across lead generation or eCommerce programs
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships at once while maintaining organized follow-up, accurate notes, and clear priorities
- Experience leading client calls, business reviews, and status updates with professionalism and strong attention to detail
- Comfort translating campaign results, pacing updates, and operational constraints into clear client-facing communication
- Working knowledge of CRM and account management tooling such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Strong written communication skills for recaps, action plans, reporting summaries, and escalation management
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, tracking, and delivery teams in a remote environment
- Nice to have: experience in partner marketing, publisher relationships, media buying support, or performance-based pricing models such as CPA/CPL/CPS
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive part-time compensation based on U.S. remote market rates
- Remote-first role with flexible scheduling aligned primarily to ET business hours
- Paid time off and paid company holidays prorated for part-time status
- Health, dental, and vision stipend (or reimbursement allowance) depending on engagement structure and hours
- Home office and connectivity stipend
- Professional development support for training, certifications, and relevant industry events
